The acne known as bacne is that which occurs in the back, acne commonly develops in the face and even in the neck, but there’re people who can also back acne, this type of acne or bacne can become severe even more than acne on the face because we have many pores in the back, so it has more surface to develop, it often occurs in the form of blackhead or pimple, but it can develop in advanced stage the form of cysts.
Back Acne Causes
Back acne develop more in teenagers where sebaceous glands are working at the top producing sebum (oil), creating an excess of oil, blocking the pores and causing surface bacterias… This can lead to acne.
Treatment for Bacne
People believe that bacne have the same treatment as acne face, but they’re wrong, back acne must be treated differently because it has some different features, I recommend to treat this sort of acne are in the following manner:
- Use of natural fibers such as cotton and loose clothes, especially if you do a lot of exercises.
- Avoid carrying backpacks until completely remove the bacne, try to carry the backpack with your hands.
- To prevent bacteria, always use clean clothes, and if you go to the gym avoid the contact with bacteria in the machines, clean it with antibacterial wipes and put a towel on it.
- Take a shower after exercising.
As I always said in my articles, not all treatments work the same for all people, we must remember that every person has a different skin types, you should try an acne treatment or product that fit your skin needs. Also note that results may take approximately 6 weeks, you have to be patience, you must be constant and follow your treatment and soon you will see how after 6 weeks your skin begins to look much better.
The most recommended acne products to treat back acne are: TriClear, Proactiv, Acnezine, Zeno and more.

Hi! Your site is looking good. It is obvious that you speak English as a foreigner. This can lead to some confusion as to what you are saying. It might be worth while to have someone proof read your copy just to make sure that everything makes sense in English and that the copy is grammatical. Since it is a professional looking site and not a personality driven one I think that might be important.
